Often used as a pre-cleaner for electrostatic precipitators or scrubbing systems, the multi-channel bed system utilizes a turbulent layer of liquid, air, bubbles, and mist to scrub toxic gases, to perform gas cooling, odor control, and particulate removal. The flooded glass marble bed and air-rotated marbles of the scrubber allow continuous self-cleaning. The low maintenance design operates in the range of 500 to 70,000 CFM with higher gas flow requirements attainable.
