Chemical grade magnesium oxide is produced as 98% pure MgO in a broad range of chemical activities and sizings. All chemical grades are produced and packaged to meet the needs of a wide spectrum of industries and applications including ceramics, fibers, rubber, plastics, electrical, foundries, specialty cements, aluminum, lube oil additives, leather tanning, chemical intermediates and utility fuel oil additives.
Specialty grades are used in grain-oriented steel, flame and smoke retardant applications, rubber and plastics. Agricultural grades are useful in mineral premixes, as well as, full feed formulations for dairy and beef cattle, pigs and poultry.
