A-LOK Products, Inc.100 Liner is an environmentally safe alternative to conventional inner wall coating that combines the structural strength and integrity of reinforced concrete with the cost effective, chemical resistance of PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride). Structures designed with the corrosion-resistant liner will safeguard against the corrosion inherent in wastewater applications and ensure service life compatibility with any type of sewer pipe. This design allows producers to internally cast the liner using standard casting equipment without cutting or welding. Continuous joint returns allow quick field assembly of lined precast components, eliminating the need to weld or fuse the sections together. By making the installation similar to that of unlined structure, overall costs are significantly reduced. Formed in diameters from 48-in. to 144-in.
