Landfill Gas Analyzer

Designed for monitoring landfill gas, the Ensight Gas Analyzer continuously monitors the concentrations of one or more of the following gases: oxygen, methane, carbon dioxide, and carbon monoxide. It is designed to be placed in strategic locations along the landfill gas piping system or at a gas management facility. The unit is versatile and can be utilized as a stand alone unit or as a modular component in the company's automation network. It comes completely pre-fabricated, pre-tested and ready to operate.

These units generate industry-standard 4-20mA DC signals proportional to the concentration by volume for each type of gas being measured. These signals can be attached to any process controllers, local LCD displays, as well as chart recorders, for continuous display and/or datalogging. The system's transmitter utilizes solid state components on a two circuit card assembly to measure DC microampere signals from the sensor elements and converts them to a linear 4-20mA DC output. Test jacks allow the user to monitor the 4-20mA DC signal without interrupting the output signal and two trim potentiometers provide adjustment zero and span for accurate calibration.
