GreenWare Perform

GreenWare Perform software is designed to assist companies in the analysis, improvement and presentation of their environmental performance information. The software provides companies with a complete electronic system for recording and monitoring their environmental performance, and for producing performance reports for internal, external and compliance purposes. It is compatible with the ISO 14031 environmental performance evaluation guidelines, and fully integrated with GreenWare's ISO 14000 EMS Implementation Software. Key software components include: (1) Progress wizard and help to assist users in setting up an environmental performance system; (2) comparative and trend environmental performance reports relating to company strategies and objectives with drill-down feature to access monthly or quarterly data; (3) performance indicator libraries; (4) performance mapping structure; (5) data import and export; (6) combination and consolidation of data from multiple sources and locations; (7) user protection and tracking; (8) detailed supporting data analysis; (9) report discussion issues documentation; (10) document management and external document linkages; and (11) data warehousing. GreenWare Perform provides users with maximum flexibility and customization capabilities in implementing their environmental strategies. The software can be used by corporations to set up an environmental performance system, or by corporate advisors, consultants, trainers, auditors, etc. where companies have outsourced system implementation. In all cases, the environmental performance system can be integrated with companies' existing management and financial information systems. The software can also be integrated with the Microsoft Outlook messaging and collaboration system, including Exchange Server, for calendar, contact and task management features in a full collaborative groupware environment. GreenWare Perform software follows all Microsoft protocols and is very easy to use and navigate.
