GreenWare Greenhouse

GreenWare Greenhouse software is a specialized module of the GreenWare Perform software that has been pre-configured to provide a common framework for businesses measuring, monitoring and reporting on their greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions to meet the Kyoto Protocol. The software provides an extensive set of GHG indicators and a comprehensive measurement and reporting framework based on guidelines developed by the Department of Environment, Transport and the Regions in the U.K. to assist companies in meeting their Kyoto commitments. Using the powerful technology of GreenWare Perform, this software gives businesses the measures, indicators and reports they need to determine their current GHG emissions for all six greenhouse gases in the Kyoto Protocol, and to set targets and take the actions needed at each facility, subsidiary, and/or corporate division to bring them in line with their overall emissions objectives and targets. Key features of the GreenWare Greenhouse software include a fully scaleable database of GHG performance measures and indicators, as well as the units and standard conversion rates for each. Powerful data import and direct data entry capabilities for each facility, organized into an auditable journal system, allow companies to link their data automatically to GHG reports for the four key emission areas of energy use, transport-related, specialist process, and air conditioning and refrigeration. These reports are then automatically linked to a summary report on overall GHG emissions. All data can be updated in real time and normalized for comparison purposes across any level of an organization. A special data warehousing module can be added to the software for performance comparison and benchmarking of best practices across company facilities using an Intranet, or between companies and across industries via the Internet. GreenWare Greenhouse software follows all Microsoft protocols and is very easy to use and navigate.
