Fume Incineration Systems

We offer both thermal and catalytic type fume incineration systems. Applications have been for VOC and CO emissions. A typical package would include the primary heat exchanger, burner, computer control system, and optional catalyst reactor.

We have developed technology in thermal and catalytic fume systems utilizing a two-pass design with preheat exchangers for VOC disposal. Destruction efficiency of the catalyst systems can be as high as 99%, with operating costs one of the lowest in the industry.
