Flue-gas Analyzers

The WDG-IV and WDG-IVC flue-gas analyzers with the Series 2000 control unit use a zirconium oxide rapid-response oxygen sensor. The WDG-IVC also measures combustibles using a pellister-style combustibles detector. With the Div 2 option, these analyzers are third-party certified for NEC Class 1, Division 2, Groups B, C and D hazardous areas. The Div 2 option analyzers come in wall-mounted, NEMA 4X (IP56) hinged enclosures with a NFPA 496 Z-purge apparatus and flame arrestor.

The sensor carries a temperature code of 165 °C. The Series 2000 control unit is approved for Class 1, Division 2 hazardous areas without a Z-purge apparatus. It can be mounted next to or remotely from the WDG-IV/IVC analyzer and comes in enclosures rated NEMA 4 (IP56), NEMA 4X (IP56), or for general-purpose. The control unit has a temperature T4 code (135 °C). These analyzers are fully CE compliant and UL/C-UL classified for general-purpose applications.
