Environmental Elements' pulse jet and reverse air fabric filter systems provide superior particulate control performance for power boilers, waste incinerators, and a wide variety of industrial applications
Environmental Elements' pulse jet and reverse air fabric filter systems provide superior particulate control performance for power boilers, waste incinerators, and a wide variety of industrial applications. These systems include patented features which prolong bag life by reducing pressure drop, improving gas distribution, and minimizing dust re-entrainment.

Our fabric filters use a patented system of distribution vanes in the hopper of each fabric filter module to assure an even distribution of dust-laden gas to all the bags and to eliminate areas of high local velocity which cause premature bag failures.

Our standard pulse jet fabric filter systems consist of 4 to 14 individual fabric filter modules of the walk-in plenum or roof door design. The modules are available with 150 to 306 filter bags, each 152mm in diameter and ranging in length from 3,000mm to 5,000mm. Typical systems can handle from 50,000 to 600,000 m3/hr. Greater volumes can be handled with multiple systems or a custom designed unit.

The reverse air fabric filter is a customized design for utility boilers and industrial applications where large volumes of process gas flow (425,000 m3/hr and larger) must be cleaned. The systems consist of 6 to 24 structural compartments, available with nominal 200mm or 300mm diameter bags and bag lengths of 7,300mm to 10,975mm.
