OR-TEC, Inc.P/750P series emulsion polymer dosing system is used for the activation, blending and dosing of emulsion polymer as a solution.
The unit is designed to deliver a precise rate of emulsion polymer to the activation zone. There are no moving parts in the wet phase.
Incoming dilution water is regulated by a flow control meter and is then passed through an injection block. Emulsion polymer is drawn from its container and injected through the injection block by a metering pump.
High water velocities through the injection block activate the emulsion polymer. From there, the solution flows to a retention vessel for further mixing and activation.
