Dust Concentration Monitors - OMD 41 Family

SICK offers a broad range of systems for detecting and monitoring dust concentrations. The monitors have direct and instant process measurements through the non-contact in situ measuring technique. They can be tested easily and at a low cost using remote diagnosis. All dust concentration monitors have high measuring reliability and flexible, user-friendly parameterization via MEPA software.

The OMD 41 family is for monitoring dust concentrations in industrial plants, even across long distances. It is a transmissiometer that operates according to the autocollimator principle. The OMD 41 is performance tested pursuant to the TA clean air, 13th BlmSchV and the US EPA guidelines. It has an equipped modem connection, data interface for connection to the host, integrated linearity check and four segment measuring value/status display.
