At-cost Videos
The National Water Research Institute (NWRI) recently issued its third and fourth videos as a two-part program on "Clean Water--What's it Worth." Part one examines the history of the Clean Water Act and progress during the past 25 years as a result of the Federal [POTW] Construction Grants funding. Part two focuses on the problems still facing the nation's rivers, lakes, and coastal areas. It also looks at what is needed to make and help keep them fishable and swimmable in the future. The institute is encouraging groups to copy and market their videos at cost to help give them wider distribution.
