From multi-floor commercial high-rise buildings to single family dwellings, Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) are identified, sampled, categorized, and assessed. State of the art inspection and assessment techniques are used for the site evaluations, building inspections, bulk sampling and baseline air sampling. All surveys are performed using the guidelines noted in the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA 40 CFR Part 763). During the inspector's walk through of the site, the condition and damage potential of all ACBM is assessed. S&S review all building plans, drawings, specifications, and previous asbestos inspection records. This information is then compiled into a comprehensive written report, with recommendations for immediate and long-range remediation plans. Cost estimates are also provided.
