Photoacoustic/Infrared Analyzer
The first application will comply with the USEPA NESHAP mandate to requiring sterilization process facilities to monitor the rear exhausts and aeration room vents for EtO. The 1312 is suitable for this application because it can monitor both low and high levels of Ethylene Oxide since it has a broad dynamic range and monitors the EtO without interference.
The second application is the concept of developing the application to monitor the parametric release of EtO. Resulting in significant cost and time savings during the sterilization process. The 1312 will be used to measure the EtO in-situ.
The versatility of 312 also permits the monitoring of the efficiency of the catalytic oxidizer. It would be used to monitor the input and output of the oxidizer. The extensive dynamic range makes this measurement possible.
